PAYMENT METHODS

Make your payment quickly and easily via bank transfer. After selecting the products you wish to order and adding them to your cart, you can choose bank transfer as your payment method during checkout. The IBAN details of the cooperating banks will be displayed automatically so you can complete your payment either through your internet banking service or at a physical branch of your bank.
PayPal:
By selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure platform where you can complete your payment using your available PayPal balance or your debit/credit card.
Credit / Debit Card:
You have the option to pay using your debit or credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners) issued by any bank. All transactions are processed securely in a protected banking environment and not on our website.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
The cash on delivery service is available only for orders shipped within Greece and the additional COD fee is €3. By selecting cash on delivery, you pay for your order upon delivery of your parcel by the courier company we cooperate with.

Shipping Costs
For Greece:
Shipping costs within Greece are €3. The estimated delivery time for orders is 1–3 business days depending on the region and city. Shipping is free for orders over €70.
For Cyprus:
Shipping costs to Cyprus are €12. Orders shipped outside Greece can only be paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card payment. Cash on delivery is not available for Cyprus. The estimated delivery time for your order is approximately 6–7 business days.
Orders are shipped via ACS Courier.
CANCELLATIONS / NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Order cancellation is not accepted once an order has been invoiced/processed, packaged, and handed over to the courier company.
In case of refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the order, or any similar abusive behavior by the customer, RAKHOR reserves the right to take legal action in order to claim any damages that may have arisen as a result of the customer’s electronic or telephone order.
In case of refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the order, or order cancellation after shipment, any future order will be completed only with electronic payment and the cash on delivery option will not be available.
RAKHOR reserves the right not to fulfill an order from a customer with a history of repeated refusals, cancellations, or returns.

We currently ship orders within Greece and Cyprus. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or cancel shipping destinations at any time without prior notice.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
All orders are shipped via ACS Courier or other authorized delivery partners selected at our discretion to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotional campaigns, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES
Greece: Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on the region and accessibility of the destination.
Cyprus: Estimated delivery time is approximately 6–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, strikes, or force majeure events.

Greece: Shipping cost is €3. Shipping is free for orders over €70.
Cyprus: Shipping cost is €12.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped outside Greece must be paid in advance via electronic payment methods such as credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via email or SMS, depending on the courier services available.
FAILED DELIVERY / NON-COLLECTION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. RAKHOR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, non-collection, incorrect address, or customer absence, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
CANCELLATIONS AFTER SHIPMENT
Order cancellation is not possible once the order has been processed, packaged, and handed over to the courier company.
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the shipment without valid reason, RAKHOR reserves the right to:
• Require prepayment for any future orders
• Disable cash on delivery options
• Refuse future orders at our discretion
• Seek compensation for damages where applicable under law
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier companies once the shipment has been handed over, except where required by applicable law.
